VIP Safety Strategies was founded by Joe (JD) Beston, a Boston hospitality veteran who has worked in the industry since 2012 across bars, nightclubs, lounges, restaurants, breweries, and high-volume late-night venues.
Built from firsthand experience on the floor, our work focuses on how incidents develop under real operating conditions. We provide Compliance Review Summaries (CRS), and Venue Behavior Assessments (VBA) that support alcohol licensing attorneys, insurance carriers, and hospitality operators when risk is real, decisions matter, and defensible action is required.
Most incidents in the hospitality industry happen due to a lack of behavior-based FOH safety training, which often causes staff to break down under pressure. This increases liability exposure and decreases revenue.
